Collection of data
Log files (Internet protocols)
When you visit our website, our IT systems automatically collect and store so-called log file information that your internet browser transmits to us. This information includes the type/version of your internet browser, the operating system used, referrer URL (the website you visited before), host name of the accessing computer (your IP address), date and time of the request to our server and the requested website.
This information is necessary for technical reasons in order to display our Internet pages and to ensure their reliability.
IP addresses are stored in our log files so that we can pursue our rights in the event of an attack on our IT systems and restore the security of the IT systems (our legitimate interest; legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 (f), GDPR).
With the exception of the IP address, we cannot assign the data to any person. The IP address is only assigned in the event of an attack. Furthermore, the data will not be merged with other data sources. The log files are deleted after 6 months at the latest.
Transfer of personal data
Personal data will not be forwarded to third parties, in particular the sale of customer information is not part of our business. A transfer is possible to the following extent. A transfer to e.g. service providers or suppliers is only possible if this is justified in the context of the fulfilment of the contract (Art. 6, para. 1 (b)), with your express consent (Art. 6, para. 1 (a)) or with a clear legitimate interest (Art. 6, para. 1 (f)). Furthermore, data may only be passed on if we have concluded a confidentiality agreement or processing contract with the company concerned and the company accepts our data protection principles.
For the creation of our newsletter, we use third companies (newsletter provider to be specified as soon as possible). For this purpose, we forward your data to the required extent to these third companies, which use this data to the required extent. You can revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future (e.g. by clicking on the unsubscribe link which you will find in every newsletter).
It is possible to pass this data on to public authorities if a court order or other official order exists.
A transfer to other third parties, in particular a transfer to third countries outside the EU is only permitted with your express consent.
